Welcome to the College of Arts & Letters Academic Advisement Center! We're here to support current Cal State LA undergraduate students within the College, whether majoring, minoring, pursuing a certificate, or exploring programs.

To provide professional advising services that include degree panning, graduation checks, class schedule confirmation, major and minor declaration, addressing academic concerns, answering questions about university policies and procedures, and directing students to university resources.

In-Person Drop-In Hours: February 3 - 7
We’re here to support you! Join us for drop-in hours at the following times:
Monday – Friday:
9:30 AM – 11:00 AM & 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: Music Building, Room 209

- Quick schedule checks
- Withdrawing from a class
- Appeals and petitions
- Deadline-specific matters
- Course substitution questions
- Changing your major or adding a minor
Important Details:
- For schedule checks, have your classes ready in your shopping cart or Schedule Planner for review.
- For more in-depth matters, you may be asked to schedule an appointment.
- Students will be admitted one by one. Drop-ins are first-come, first-served. Please bring your CIN with you.
- Be prepared to share your Zoom screen if needed.
